He brings with him an intense Architectural and Multidisciplinary design management experience occupying key technical and managerial positions in international companies based in UAE, UK & KSA.
His key initiative is primarily to ensure that the design is developed to meet client’s aspirations with high quality standards based on industry best practice. An important part of his job requires him to be creatively pragmatic and provide leadership through an in-depth understanding of the design delivery process, coupled with a holistic operations & project management approach, providing a bridging role between the design and delivery of the project by leading the design team from initial concept all the way to practical completion stage.
His method of clear and responsive line of communication between client, consultants and the contractors has led him to maintain a successful track record of delivering complex projects. As a practicing Registered Architect, he is very much hands-on with the technical standards & Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools. This is one of his key strengths which gives him the ability to understand the design & delivery issues and thereby managing the team & process effectively.
Part of his role also includes mentoring and training Architects & Project Managers on innovative design development, process mapping, project planning and risk management. Being a LEED Accredited Professional, he strongly believes that aesthetics & efficiency in design is achieved through sustainable solutions that are incorporated inherently within the development of a project.
